My mural for the entryway of Darbar India, an incredible Indian restaurant in Brandford, CT. As I’ve never designed or painted food before, I was initially intimated by the scope and detail that this project would entail, but ending up having a blast being given a job that forced me to try new forms of artistic expression. I loved getting to know Sunny’s family and the foods, colors, and messages that were most important to them for me to depict.
