Sophia Livecchi is a New York-based artist that specializes in public space beautification projects through murals and paintings. Her art invites viewers to escape the rigid structures of daily life and immerse themselves in vibrant, natural forms. Using fluid shapes and bold colors, Sophia aims to evoke a sense of freedom and wonder, helping people reconnect with the beauty of nature. She designs work that fosters joy, safety, and connection, prioritizing human and health-centered approaches.

Sophia graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelors of Arts and soon after founded SophLive Designs LLC. Sophia has completed numerous murals across the tri-state area, painted multiple commissioned pieces, and has had her work showcased in gallery exhibitions. Sophia currently works as a Project Leader for Publicolor, a nonprofit that transforms public spaces in collaboration with youth throughout New York City’s five boroughs. Sophia is open for commissioned projects, collaboration opportunities, and any questions from potential clients or art enthusiasts.

❖  Manage large-scale community beautification projects in NYC public spaces.

❖  Lead and mentor student teams and corporate volunteers of up to 100 people in collaborative design and painting projects on a weekly basis.

❖  Develop and teach interdisciplinary curriculum for Summer Design Studio at Pratt University. Topics include affordable housing, sustainability, color theory, and purpose driven design solutions.

❖  Cultivate long-term partnerships with schools and stakeholders; deliver presentations and lead recurring meetings.
